Residents can take part in commemorative activities and heartfelt ceremonies, reflecting on the sacrifices and service of veterans across generations. Here are the Activities in Cornelius – Davidson – Denver, NC – Huntersville and Mooresville

Each year on Veterans Day at 11 a.m., the Town of Cornelius and American Legion Post 86 host a special ceremony at the Veterans Monument at Rotary Plaza and on the lawn of Cornelius Town Hall. The program honors all military veterans and celebrates those actively serving in our Armed Forces. Guests are invited to stay for light refreshments after the ceremony as the community comes together in tribute and fellowship

The Town of Davidson invites everyone to commemorate Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the Town Hall and Community Center Auditorium, 251 South Street. The program honors veterans of all wars and those currently serving, recognizing the history of Veterans Day and its roots in Armistice Day.
