WHAT is the problem?

Yes!

WHAT is going on?

Every single day!

Owner: I keep hearing it’s all about WHAT.
Manager: Exactly!
Owner: What do you mean?
Manager: WHAT!  War, History, Affordability, and Tariffs.
Owner: Right, but what’s the problem?
Manager: That’s what I said!

Owner: No, I mean the real problem with small businesses in this insane environment.
Manager: War is messing up shipping, History’s repeating itself, Affordability’s vanished, and Tariffs are crunching margins.
Owner: So, you are still saying it’s all because of WHAT.
Manager: Yes!
Owner: WHAT?
Manager: Exactly.

Owner: But customers keep asking why prices are always going up.
Manager: Not why; WHAT!
Owner: And I’m the one who’s confused?

Manager: Let me spell it out. (W) War. It’s bad for business unless you make tanks or are in Congress.
(H) History. It keeps reminding us we should have seen this coming.
(A) Affordability. Check your pockets or buy something at the grocery store. It used to be a plus; now it is crunching us.
(T) Tariffs. The tax that keeps on giving.

Owner: What do we do?
Manager: That’s the question!
Owner: WHAT’s the answer?
Manager: EXACTLY!

And somewhere between costs and headline chaos, every small business owner nods in agreement. Our small businesses are just trying to figure out WHAT’s going on.

You got it!

Abbott and Costello, we miss you!

Who’s on First? Bud and Lou!
