When I arrived at the historic house in downtown Cornelius, the GM, Brendan , greeted me and introduced me to the staff preparing for the evening. I spoke with the owner Sean Wilbur, the lead waitress, and Brendan to discuss how operations have evolved since the change in ownership last September. The staff was genuinely enthusiastic about their work, and we even interviewed the lead bartender about his experience. While I didn’t get to try the drinks this time, I plan to return soon to experience the atmosphere in person and provide insights on the ambiance and the patio.
