LKNConnect Operating System™: Appendix H-4 — Intake Review & Verification Checklist

LKNConnect Operating System

PURPOSE

The Intake Review & Verification Checklist is completed by the Strategist after the prospective client submits the Automated Client Intake Form — H-3.

The purpose is to confirm that the information needed to proceed is complete, accurate and properly recorded in the CRM.

This is a verification step — not another Discovery Meeting and not another Intake Form.

The Strategist reviews, verifies and resolves significant discrepancies before the prospective client advances to the Visibility Audit.

T2 AUTOMATION REQUIREMENTS

Where technically practical, H-4 should operate inside the CRM rather than as a separate paper form.

The CRM should automatically present:

  • Intake submission status
  • Missing required information
  • Potential duplicate records
  • Conflicting information
  • Assigned Strategist
  • Business goals
  • T2 Opportunity Flags and categories
  • Intake verification status
  • Visibility Audit readiness
  • Next action
  • Next action date

When the Strategist selects:

READY FOR VISIBILITY AUDIT

the CRM should:

  1. Record the Strategist who approved the Intake.
  2. Record the verification date.
  3. Change the prospect status to Ready for Visibility Audit.
  4. Create or activate the next Visibility Audit workflow.
  5. Preserve the complete Intake and verification history in the CRM.

If the status is:

INFORMATION NEEDED

the CRM should create a follow-up action and prevent premature advancement to the Audit stage.

If the status is:

STRATEGIST REVIEW REQUIRED

the CRM should maintain the prospect at the current stage until the issue has been resolved.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The purpose of H-4 is not to collect more information.

Its purpose is to answer one operational question:

Do we have accurate and sufficient information to move this business into the Visibility Audit?

If yes:

READY FOR VISIBILITY AUDIT.

If no:

Resolve the issue before proceeding.

Automation collects.

The CRM organizes.

The Strategist verifies.

Only verified information moves forward.
