LKNConnect Operating System™: Appendix K — Client Onboarding System – STEP 10 — BEGIN THE 90-DAY VISIBILITY PLAN

LKNConnect Operating System

Purpose:

Move the client from onboarding into an active, coordinated LKNConnect Visibility Program while maintaining the Strategist as the client’s primary LKNConnect contact.

1. REVIEW THE CLIENT’S PRIORITIES

The Chief Operating Officer and Strategist review:

  • Objective Visibility Audit Report
  • Priority Visibility Needs
  • K-2-F — Visibility Recommendation Form
  • Products and services selected
  • Signed Letter of Agreement
  • Upcoming 90-day business activities and Visibility Opportunities

2. BUILD THE 90-DAY VISIBILITY CALENDAR

The Chief Operating Officer coordinates the client’s approved activities with the appropriate LKNConnect production and editorial calendars.

These may include:

  • Agreed recurring visibility
  • Editorial opportunities
  • Video opportunities
  • Sponsorship or advertising placements
  • Upcoming client events
  • Event Guide opportunities
  • Events Calendar opportunities
  • Other approved Visibility Opportunities

3. ASSIGN & SCHEDULE

The Chief Operating Officer assigns the appropriate LKNConnect TEAM members and establishes:

What Will Happen → Who Is Responsible → When It Will Happen

The COO manages internal implementation and TEAM coordination.

4. MAINTAIN CLIENT COMMUNICATION

The Strategist remains the client’s primary LKNConnect contact.

The Strategist:

  • Communicates plans and schedules to the client
  • Obtains information or materials requested by the LKNConnect TEAM
  • Answers client questions or obtains the appropriate answer
  • Communicates client requests and changes to the COO
  • Keeps the client informed about their Visibility Program
  • Identifies new business activities and potential Visibility Opportunities

Communication Flow

CLIENT ↔ STRATEGIST ↔ COO ↔ LKNCONNECT TEAM

The client should not have to determine which LKNConnect TEAM member to contact.

5. LOOK FOR NEW VISIBILITY OPPORTUNITIES

The 90-Day Visibility Plan should not be static.

The Strategist remains alert for client:

  • Events
  • Announcements
  • Stories
  • Videos
  • Community connections
  • Seasonal opportunities
  • Other Visibility Opportunities

The Strategist communicates appropriate opportunities to the COO for coordination and assignment.

Refer to the LKNConnect Client Visibility Playbook.

6. REVIEW PROGRESS

During the 90-day period:

The COO monitors execution.

The Strategist monitors the client relationship.

Together they make sure the agreed Visibility Plan is being delivered and the client remains informed.

At the end of the 90-day period, review:

  • What was completed
  • What generated meaningful visibility
  • What was learned
  • What should continue
  • What should change
  • What new Visibility Opportunities should be considered

Use those findings to develop the next Visibility Plan.

ONBOARDING COMPLETE

Once the client has been activated and the initial 90-Day Visibility Plan is underway, the Client Onboarding Process is complete.

The client now moves into the ongoing LKNConnect Client Visibility System.

Guiding Principle

The Audit identifies the Gap.
The Strategist owns the client relationship.
The COO coordinates delivery.
The TEAM executes the work.
