How to make money on your PURGING

OK….so we’ve covered all the basics of how to FASHION purge but I have all these piles and mounds of clothing accumulating all over my bedroom floor.  How can I make money with these items?   These 4 options will set the wheels in motion for profit in your pocket!

1.   Check out some of your local CONSIGNMENT stores in the area and see what there on line ratings and reviews are.   Generally you drop off a basket of your goods and they will call you with “ready for pick up” options on what they are keeping and what they simply cant use.  They will pay you on the spot!   Cha-ching!
2. Open a POSHMARK account!   OK….there is a little more work involved but you control your own destiny with this one.   First located a wall in your home or work place that is a sold print wall that will be used for your back drop.   Download the POSHMARK app and follow the proper protocol for opening an account.   Use a mannequin or some type of unique hanging device (or do a flat lay) to showcase your collection.   Be unique and creative…but not too busy and NO wire hangers!   Set a price but realistic!   You will be able to accept offers on your gently used item or NWT’s (stands for new with tags).  CHA-CHING……there you go……money in your pocket
3. Check another online thrifty site called THREDUP that is very similar to POSHMARK.  Same concept and set up….just a different audience.
