Not if you’re in so much pain with fallen arches, bone spurs, bunions, planter fasciitis, corns and ingrown toenails just to name a few.
When I was traveling the world, teaching interior design and doing lots of TV all over North America, my feet and shoes were part of the fashion package. I soon learned that if you can’t walk in your shoes because of foot pain. You don’t look very stylish! Over 20 years ago, I found a Good Feet Store in Charlotte. I was in so much pain, I didn’t care what the cost was. I had to get out of the pain I was in.
Their mission is: Improving the quality of people’s lives –two feet at a time!
The new one in Birkdale, 16633 Birkdale Commons Parkway, D-420, Huntersville. 704-941-3084. Call for an appointment or just walk in.
I am not sure my feet are even touching the ground. I had gotten out of the habit of wearing my Arch Supports from 20 years ago and my image showed it. It was very obvious that I needed to get back to wearing my Arch Supports again.
The first question they asked was, “Do you every walk in your bare feet”? My first response was, I have stopped wearing shoes while I am in the house. A big mistake and the first thing I have changed. That alone has made a huge difference that I can really feel after 2 weeks of not spending the day in my barefeet. From the minute I get up, I put my slippers on with the Relaxer Arch Support.
I really recommend you take your children in and see how they are doing. It could make a HUGE difference in their activities. You and they may not even realize the pain they are in.
They told me to go home and get my old arch supports togther and bring them back to the store. They would upgrade and replace all of them at no charge. Sounded too good to be true? They did even better. They remeasured my foot. Tested all the new arch supports and made sure I was comfortable.
When the arch support is in the ideal position, everything up the kinetic chair from the ankles, knees, hips and back work better. You will have better balance, more energy and get out of pain.
