How to submit your In the Kitchen column
Email the following to our Managing Editor, Ellen Stafford:
- The recipe, instructions, and any hints about how you make it
- Two horizontal photos, (or more if you’d like to do a step-by-step), of the completed dish
- A short introduction (any of the following)
- Where you found the recipe (especially if it is from a cookbook)
- Why it’s a family favorite
- Is it quick and easy to make?
- Does it use a special or “secret” ingredient?

My goal is to exceed my clients’ expectations on every level and/or tantalize their taste buds.

Jordan Cox is the Executive Sous Chef at The Peninsula Club. A graduate from the Culinary Institute of Michigan, he moved to Cornelius in 2016. Working with seasonal foods, he is always challenging himself to create new and exciting flavor pairing to create an exquisite eating experience.
