Contrary to the word on the street, the LKN Christmas Boat Parade is happening.
Join us for the 5th Annual Lake Norman Lighted Christmas Boat Parade with over 35 or more Boats this year that will be decorated to set off the holiday spirit. Below is the route the parade will take starting at Blythe Landing at 5:30. Come early and enjoy watching all the boats and get a good parking spot.
New on the route this year is the Peninsula Yacht Club with a viewing spot there. The parade will end in the cove at the Duke Energy Explorium! Bring your entire family to enjoy the food trucks and Santa! It truly gets you into the Spirit of the Season.
If you are in the Christman Spirit, you can bring a new toy (unwrapped) or check for a child of Little Smiles- ages birth to 21. There will be boxes around for you to donate the toys that look like the one below.
