Admission: $10 Adults, $9 Seniors/Students. Members and ages 5 and under, free.

Description:

Join us for our annual Revolutionary War weekend with battle reenactments and live demonstrations! You’re invited to step back in time to 1780 and learn why Mecklenburg County was known as “The Hornet’s Nest of Rebellion.” Experience firsthand how the military and their followers lived during the Revolutionary War through authentic, historic encampments for both the Patriots and the Crown. There will be food and beer vendors, plus historic sutlers selling their wares.

Saturday, Aug. 31 at 10am-4pm | Sunday, Sept. 1 at 10am-3pm

Battle reenactment at 2pm both days.
