The Chief Operating Officer and Strategist review:
The Chief Operating Officer coordinates the client’s approved activities with the appropriate LKNConnect production and editorial calendars.

The Chief Operating Officer assigns the appropriate LKNConnect TEAM members and establishes:
What Will Happen → Who Is Responsible → When It Will Happen
The COO manages internal implementation and TEAM coordination.
The Strategist remains the client’s primary LKNConnect contact.
The Strategist:
CLIENT ↔ STRATEGIST ↔ COO ↔ LKNCONNECT TEAM
The client should not have to determine which LKNConnect TEAM member to contact.
The 90-Day Visibility Plan should not be static.
The Strategist remains alert for client:
The Strategist communicates appropriate opportunities to the COO for coordination and assignment.

During the 90-day period:
The COO monitors execution.
The Strategist monitors the client relationship.
Together they make sure the agreed Visibility Plan is being delivered and the client remains informed.
At the end of the 90-day period, review:
Use those findings to develop the next Visibility Plan.
Once the client has been activated and the initial 90-Day Visibility Plan is underway, the Client Onboarding Process is complete.
The client now moves into the ongoing LKNConnect Client Visibility System.
The Audit identifies the Gap.
The Strategist owns the client relationship.
The COO coordinates delivery.
The TEAM executes the work.
