Dr. Douglas Fitzgerald – Founder & CEO
- Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina – in the Wilson.
2. Graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Music
3. Chosen East Carolina Distinguished Alumni 2006
4. Played Saxophone for the Temptations – invited to tour Germany and Japan with them
5. Spent most of his adult life in Philadelphia, PA
6. Coordinator of Music – K – 12 in the Philadelphia Area.
7. Guest conductor in Europe for 5 summers.
8. Director of the Conservatory of Music at the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts.
9. Certifications at Villanova University.
10. Received Doctorate from Immaculata University.

13. Happily married to Jodi Fitzgerald since 2014
14. Inherited 3 daughters with the marriage
15. Father to Derek Fitzgerald – Cancer Survivor and Heart Transplant recipient – 6 Times Ironman. Spokesperson for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, The Heart Association and the Ironman Triathlon Foundation and a major reason for Doug Giving Back to the Community.
Jodi Fitzgerald
Jodi Fitzgerald- Legal and Health Consultant
Jodi Squires was a single parent of three children who had to learn to prepare tasty, inexpensive family meals that would appeal to children and adults alike. While raising her 3 daughters she became a Registered Nurse. During this time she remarried and in addition to working as a Registered Nurse, she also helped cook in her husband’s delicatessen for 14 years. Jodi then decided to return to school and at age 55 and became an
Attorney and practiced in Elder Law in Florida. Now retired, Jodi continues to enjoy cooking for family and entertaining friends.
David Beard
David Beard – COO
David served 32 years with Lance Inc. starting as Safety Director, Chip Plant Superintendent, Operations Analyst, Director of Compensation, and 6 years as the Senior Director of Training and Organizational Development. Since leaving Lance in 2010, he has continued, in a consulting role, supporting businesses in and around the Lake Norman area.
As a lifelong native of Huntersville, he is devoted to helping business thrive and survive. In addition to raising grass feed beef, miniature donkeys and building a full sized baseball field on his property, he is involved with many activities at Bethel Presbyterian Church.
Margi Kyle – Managing Editor – Director of Non-Profits

Tim Schafer’s Catering has always specialized in a spectrum of events from small intimate dinner parties to customized elaborate affairs. Chef Tyree Watkins – Consultant – Food & Beverage
Crisp offers service to make each guest feel like they are at a high end casual resort, including the host. We like to take care of it all, as we say, from the clean up, to the proper food storage, to making sure every face has a smile. Your satisfaction is our main priority.
Crisp is known as an “in home catering service”. What this means is we bring the restaurant to you, the aroma, the atmosphere, the personality.
Food being made fresh in front of you speaks more to us rather than dropping off food made ahead of time. Although food is the main focus, through outsourcing, servers, bartenders, and other entertainment may be available upon request.

Daddona, originally from Philadelphia, knows a lot about the culinary business. He’s owned restaurants that featured the famous Philadelphia Cuisine. When you mention the Philly Cheesesteak, Philly pizza, Tasty Cakes -or the Phily Soft Pretzel – Tony is the authority.
Retired from the restaurant business, Tony and his wife, Earlene, own Eats on the Way and Seniors Deliver. Having been in the food service business, Tony and Earlene know how to offer that extra touch in their deliveries that separate them from the other delivery services.
Debbie Amyotte
Debbie Amyotte – Consultant – Restaurant Reviews – Travel
Debbie Amyotte is a self-proclaimed “Giant FOODIE”. She loves everything about food from fine dining to hidden gems that only the locals know about. Traveling is a big passion and she has visited about 30% of the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Grami to two awesome grandkids she visits them as much as she can. Sundays at her house, are meant for two things: church and football!
She is active in the community as a Rotary member, the organizer for Ladies Luv Adventures in Lake Norman, and she hosts a monthly mystery book club called A Good Night for Murder.
