Our mission has always been to remain the best ice-cream shop in the area and we believed that our flagship product, ice cream, needed a partner capable of conquering our summer customers and allowing us to have it with us celebrating each season all year round. From this idea and to make it a tangible product we engaged in a journey that took us to Spain, the original land of Churros, to learn the culture and its roots. We trained with the best Churro makers in the region and brought back the technology, the experience and of course their history full of flavor.
