Story:
We got started in the business when me and my old partner Mike Takes built our truck from an old shuttle bus. I bought him out in July of 2021 and have been running the business with my partner Levi Cox ever since.
Our first event was in October of 2020
The biggest challenge by far is that we do the truck part time, while working full time jobs at Whole Foods.
The best part is satisfying our customers. We don’t advertise much and most of the business we have is through word of mouth. It feels good to know that our community appreciates us and most of all enjoys a good grilled cheese sandwich!
