Joel and Kelly Pfyffer opened the doors to their Prosciutto’s Pizzeria and Pub in Cornelius in November of 2005. Since then Prosciutto’s has become part of the LKN community thanks to its’ top notch food and an atmosphere that makes you feel like a part of the family. Prosciutto’s offers gourmet New York Style brick-oven pizzas and calzones made from the best ingredients. The sauce and dough are made in house daily. Other offerings include, made to order salads and sandwiches & wraps, overflowing pasta dishes and spectacular wings
