Seated meditation, walking meditation, I need to relax, how can I choose?
Have you ever been overwhelmed by the sheer number of kinds of meditation? Everyone knows that meditation is supposed to help you relax and breathe. (And it can.) However, sometimes we can get stuck on the literal things — what should I wear? How should I sit? How should I breathe? Am I doing it right?

Most of us don’t make the time to sit for 20, 30 minutes, or even an hour.
