The Cornelius PARC Department and Novant Health’s Lakeside Family Physicians are excited to announce that we have resumed our Walk With a Doc program at the Antiquity Greenway in Cornelius! Walk at your own pace and distance and learn more from Dr. Phuong Nguyen at this FREE community event!
Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare provider, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. It’s a great way to get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking.
This is free to attend. However, space is limited and registration is required.
