Andrea Ervay is a success coach and business strategist specializing in helping new and scaling entrepreneurs to elevate their businesses. Her expertise enables clients to focus on their purpose, increase profitability, and make a lasting impact. Drawing from 20 years of experience in athletic coaching, Andrea applies a winning mindset approach to business, guiding clients in developing personalized strategies and assembling high-performing teams through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Her coaching philosophy is built on four essential cornerstones: cultivating an elite athlete mindset, developing a strategic game plan, receiving weekly coaching, and being part of a team of all-stars.

Andrea Ervay is the Founder of Team Success, LLC and TEAM Foundation, a 501(c)(3); TEAM (Together Educating Athletes through Mentorship) is a mentor-based model encompassing the elite athlete’s mindset, strong leadership exercises and real-life teachable experiences. Andrea has been teaching, coaching, and mentoring student-athletes for over 18 years.
In high school, Andrea was involved in almost every club, sport, and extracurricular activity. Her favorite sport was lacrosse, playing all four years of high school, and went on to play in college in Rochester, NY. In addition to being a collegiate athlete, Andrea also started substitute teaching when she was 19. She found her passion of teaching, coaching and entrepreneurship over the next few years. After working with multiple start-ups in Baltimore and Charlotte, Andrea continued her entrepreneurial journey to the west coast. While in San Diego, she pursued her dreams of running her second business at the age of 25, as well as continued her coaching career.
Andrea was the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at the University of California at San Diego for five years. In 2014 she was named Coach of the Year through the Western Women’s Lacrosse League, leading the UCSD Tridents to take home the gold at the WWLL DII Championship. It was during this time that Andrea left her six-figure job in medical sales to finally close the doors on Corporate America and journey back into the world of entrepreneurship.
At the beginning of 2016, she co-founded her third business, launching TEAM Lacrosse Academy, and later that year expanded the company back to the east coast where she now resides in Charlotte, NC. She was the head varsity lacrosse coach at Providence High School for four years and was named Coach of the Year for the 2016-2017 season. She has since coached and been a substitute teacher at Lake Norman Charter, and oversees youth rec and club programs in Huntersville, Cornelius, Denver and Matthews.In addition to running Team Success, LLC, Andrea runs a nonprofit organization that aims to support girls who are facing financial hardships by providing them with scholarships. Through the generosity of community champions, these donations enable girls to participate in sports, fostering personal development and empowerment. Andrea has always had a love for helping student-athletes to reach their full potential through coaching, mentorship, tutoring as well as providing recruiting advice for those who want to play at the next level.
Currently, Andrea’s focus is connecting with entrepreneurs and leaders, specifically in the Lake Norman area. She has a weekly segment with LKNConnect’s online magazine where she interviews local business owners, co-hosts community events and workshops, and runs several programs with different industry experts geared towards helping new entrepreneurs.
