Margi Kyle Host – People in the Know – Shares her favorite recipe for Baked Brie

Looking for the perfect appetizer to impress your guests? Margi Kyle shares her go-to recipe for baked brie—a delightful blend of creamy, melty cheese, and sweet, savory toppings, wrapped in golden puff pastry. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party, celebrating the holidays, or simply indulging in a gourmet treat, this recipe is guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Buy a box of frozen phyllo shells (Found in any grocery store, see photo above.)

1 jar, Stonewall Kitchen roasted garlic/onion jam. (This jam is wonderful on a lot of different things. We love it on chicken. You can find it in a specialty store or order from Amazon.com.)

1 wedge, Brie cheese

Instructions

Pre-heat your oven to 325F.

Spray a muffin tin, small size — typically 12 muffin spots, with any nonstick spray.

Place one shell in each spot.

Fill each shell with the garlic/onion jam. Cover with a piece of Brie cheese.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch them because every oven is different, and you don’t want to burn them.

Take them out and serve.

Make lots because they go fast, and everyone loves them!

Enjoy!
