These weekly polls are all about recognizing local favorites, celebrating hometown talent, and giving some love to the people and places that keep Lake Norman’s business community thriving.
This week, you definitely showed up hungry — because our Best Burger and Best Pizzapolls just wrapped, and the results are in! Let’s dig in…
Best Burger in Lake Norman goes to Little Mountain Burger Company in Denver – they absolutely dominated the vote. Coming in hot at number two, Bae’s Burgers in Mooresville, serving what many of you called your “must-have smash burger.” And rounding out the top three, Barcelona in Mooresville – the burger and beer garden that clearly has a serious fan club.
Now for pizza – because one category just wasn’t enough. Your top spot for Best Pizza in Lake Norman goes to Pie in the Sky in Mooresville(Main Street) – a local favorite that you clearly dream about. In second place, Brooklyn South in Cornelius, bringing that classic New York–style slice energy to the lake. And in third, Slice House in Huntersville, proving that downtown Huntersville knows how to do pizza night right.
Huge thank you to everyone who voted – we had a ton of response, and we’re going to keep these surveys coming on a regular basis so your favorites get the love they deserve.
