I had the privilege of interviewing Dr. Lexi Lain, Dr. of Natural Medicine, mother, daughter, entrepreneur, endurance athlete, speaker, and leader. A dynamic and engaging woman, shespecializes in women’s health while strategically focusing on the “woman who does it all.”
In this inspiring episode, Dr. Lexi Lain—Doctor of Natural Medicine, entrepreneur, endurance athlete, and advocate for women’s wellness—shares her journey from conventional medical training to a purpose-driven career in natural medicine. After facing her own health challenges and discovering the transformative power of nutrition and fitness, Dr. Lexi has dedicated her work to empowering the “woman who does it all.” Through her story, she offers insight into holistic health, balance, and resilience for modern women navigating busy, multifaceted lives.

Dr. Lexi started her journey in medical school, but she changed course after personally experiencing the effects of a misdiagnosed illness. As a result of searching for her own healing solutions in nutrition and fitness, she pivoted from pursuing family medicine to natural medicine.
Approach:
Dr. Lexi treats the whole person. She knows that fatigue, foggy brain, poor sleep, physical pain, and weight gain are more than physical symptoms; pills alone won’t create lasting results. Dr. Lexi’s protocol includes life coaching and self-reflection as well as nutritional, fitness, & medical solutions.
Core Trend: Burnout
She treats female business owners and leaders who aren’t able to overcome current symptoms with traditional care or Dr. Google.
First Steps:
All engagements (corporate programs, public speaking, private clients) begin with a Strategy Call to capture issues and desired outcomes.
Results:
Dr. Lexi creates an evidence-based program based on goals and, for private clients, lab results. While some private clients work 1:1 with her, others participate in the Get Your Spark Back Program, an accountability group that meets weekly. For all, she tracks results and offers encouragement, support, accountability, celebration of wins, and timely solutions.
Two Guiding Principles:
Accessible to Everyone:
Regardless if you are a patient of Dr. Lexi, she shares her expertise with female leaders in 2 community-based offerings:

Spark & Sip – Supports needs for community and social connection. Try the BrainTap Headset and learn how to reduce stress & boost energy.

Walks in Nature – Calms the nervous system and allows for clearer thinking, better rest, and more efficient problem-solving.
Dr. Lexi Lain Offers These WellBEing Gifts:

Rest & Recover –Taking direction from top-performing athletes, for best performance, vary intensity and incorporate rest. Going 100%, 100% of the time = diminished results.

Moderate Social Media – If engaging with social media increases stress / depression, reduce time spent scrolling. Instead, use the time to do something you love, get outside, or connect with someone who loves you.
Fun Facts:
Dr. Lexi draws on a variety of science-backed solutions from multiple disciplines (medicine, quantum health, exercise science, positive psychology, business, nutrition, community healing.).
