Any additional services requested by the Client that are outside the services described in this Agreement must be approved separately before work begins.
LKNConnect agrees to provide the Visibility Products and Services identified in this Agreement.
LKNConnect will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services according to the established schedule and maintain the professional standards of LKNConnect.
LKNConnect does not guarantee a specific number of views, leads, customers, sales, or other business results.
The Client agrees to provide the information and materials reasonably required for LKNConnect to perform the agreed services.
These may include:
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of information and materials provided to LKNConnect and for having the right to authorize their use.
Delays in providing required materials may affect the delivery schedule.
During the relationship, additional Visibility Opportunities may be identified through the Client’s Visibility Plan.
Some opportunities may be included within the services selected by the Client.
Other opportunities requiring additional LKNConnect TEAM time, professional production, outside resources, or special services may require an additional fee.
Any additional paid service will be discussed with and approved by the Client before work begins.
The Client and LKNConnect may agree to add, remove, or modify Visibility Products and Services during the relationship.
Any change affecting deliverables or investment should be documented and approved by both parties.

Any outstanding charges for services already performed or approved remain due upon cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client grants LKNConnect permission to use Client-provided logos, photographs, video, business information, and other approved materials as reasonably necessary to provide the Visibility Services described in this Agreement.
Ownership and usage rights for specially commissioned photography, video, commercial production, or other custom creative work will be addressed in the applicable production agreement.
This Letter of Agreement represents the understanding between the Client and LKNConnect regarding the Visibility Products and Services described above.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the services, deliverables, investment, and terms contained in this Letter of Agreement.
