Jody Krajack (Daddy K, himself) and Sharon Krajack (Lady K) have called Sherrills Ford, NC home since 2006 after moving down with their children from Ringoes, NJ. Jody has a long family history of being in the trucking industry, its definitely in his blood. Sharon has years in the restaurant and food and beverage industry. They have always been social with a knack for hosting big events for friends and family. Jody’s Memorial Day Pig Roasts became legendary and the catalyst for opening Daddy K’s!
After a long period of consideration. Daddy K’s BBQ will be converting our restaurant to a Catering and BBQ wagon business. Friday June 10th we will be closing our restaurant doors at 8 pm for the last time. We have poured our Heart, soul, and muscle into this business building it from scratch 5 years ago with our amazing staff. At this point in time Lady K and I “Daddy K” need to reduce our workload and focus on the catering and food truck in these unprecedented times.
