Who Knew A Great Foot Rub — Reflexology — Could Help So Many Areas In Your Body!

When I was 16 – My life Changed Drastically. I Was In 3 Major Car Accidents and Was Told I Would Not Walk Again.

During my time in bed, I learned many things. I had a TV, Phone, Dictionary, Yellow Pages, and Time. I looked up Doctors and found the word Chiropractor. My first visit to a chiropractor started my journey back to walking and getting my life back together.

Fast Forward Many Years, My Son Was 15 and I sent Him to Camp to Grow Up.

His first day at camp, he was told to run and dive into the lake. He did and hit bottom. Broke his neck and was paralyzed. After many months in a halo attached to the wall, in the hospital, I did get in touch with a Chiropractor, but he wouldn’t touch him. He told me to contact a specialist who would do Reflexology on his feet. I found the perfect gal and she worked on him for months until he could feel it. Proud to say that he is fine today. I am a big believer in alternative medicine. And to this day I still get Reflexology when I am not feeling great.

So, what is Reflexology?

Somchit Ann Garrity was trained and certified at Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School and the Thai Ministry of Public Health, Bangkok, Thailand, and School of Traditional Medical Thai Massage in San Francisco.

Practitioners of Reflexology study and learn the pressure points and area of the bottom, sides, and top of each foot that are related to organs throughout the body.

Ancient Thai Foot Massage (Reflexology) Thai foot massage is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet. A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area. Foot reflexology massage uses hands, fingers, thumbs, knuckles, and a rounded wooden stick with lotion or oil.
