ADVERTISING MATERIALS

The Advertiser agrees to provide LKNConnect with the materials necessary to produce and/or display the advertisement, including as appropriate:

• Business logo
• Approved photographs or graphics
• Business name and contact information
• Website or landing-page information
• Advertising message or promotional information
• Other materials reasonably required for production

All advertising materials are subject to LKNConnect production and quality standards.

LKNConnect may assist in preparing advertising creative when agreed upon as part of the advertising arrangement.

ADVERTISING PLACEMENT

Advertising purchased through this form appears on the front page of LKNConnect.com in the selected advertising position.

Advertising positions may rotate among multiple advertisers. Purchase of an advertising position therefore does not guarantee continuous or exclusive display unless exclusivity has been specifically agreed to in writing.

Placement, rotation, scheduling, and presentation are managed by LKNConnect.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advertising begins after this order has been accepted, payment arrangements have been established, and the required advertising materials have been received and approved.

ADVERTISING FULFILLMENT

Upon acceptance:

1. The LKNConnect Strategist remains the primary client contact.
2. The completed order is submitted through the LKNConnect onboarding process.
3. The Chief Operating Officer coordinates internal assignments and fulfillment.
4. The appropriate LKNConnect TEAM member prepares, receives, or schedules the advertising creative.
5. The advertisement is reviewed for production readiness and placed into the appropriate front-page rotation.
6. The Strategist communicates progress, questions, and updates between the Advertiser and the LKNConnect TEAM.

GENERAL UNDERSTANDING

This order establishes the advertising arrangement between the Advertiser and Power Communities, LLC / LKNConnect.com.

LKNConnect retains responsibility for advertising placement, production standards, scheduling, rotation, and presentation.

Advertising does not provide the Advertiser with editorial control over LKNConnect content.

Any services, placements, or benefits outside those identified in this order must be mutually agreed upon.
