As a local resident of Denver for 15 years, Dewey saw the opportunity to expand Pomodoro’s to the “other side” of LKN. In 2017 Chef “Natty” Berridge became an operating partner in the business. Later that year the Denver location opened its doors. Local designers and Artists brought colorful fabrics and whimsical art to the dining room. Glass paned barn doors close off a large room for private parties. The intimate bar features comfortable oversized bar seats and a large assortment of spirits as well as antique riddling racks in which to store wine bottles. A large patio with comfortable seating is surrounded by plants for delightful al fresco dining. .
