Restaurant Reviews: Rise Café

1 min read

Looking for a great place for Breakfast or Brunch? Rise Café is the New Place to go. It replaced Egg Café.

Location: 9525 Birkdale Crossing Dr. #101, Huntersville, NC 28078

My Dear friend and Cousin, Denyse Burns came for a visit from Toronto. I wanted to take her for brunch before she returned home. We decided to try the new Rise Café. What a great choice and we enjoyed the entire experience.

We have always enjoyed great food and conversation-This was the Best!

Great service, food and we both left feeling satisfied and happy. I had been craving Eggs Benedict Florentine for some time. I had ordered it at several other places and was disappointed. I was blown away with the light Lemony sauce covering the perfectly cooked eggs and lots of spinach.

The perfect amount of Sause and Spinach!

Denyse was thrilled with the wide variety of breads for her turkey club and enjoyed it all as well. Everything was so fresh and delicious.

There is seating both outside and inside.

•Because of the heat, we stayed in.

I always enjoy seeing how the staff keeps the kitchen area clean and how well they all work together.

Their Customers definitely come first. “Our Philosophy On Food: Fresh Food – Prepared Well – Served By Friendly Folks”

The Bartolotta Family

New owners, Christina and Titus Bartolotta, along with their 2 boys Josiah and Noah have done a great job creating this new restaurant. It adds so much to the Huntersville area. The Bartolotta’s were owners of the Local Charity, The Lotta Foundation.

Go and see for yourself. I personally can’t wait to go back for more.
