  1. Tell us which guide from the list below that you would like to be entered.
  2. Business Name, Store Name or Group Name
  3. Location (physical address, how do I find it?)
  4. Hours or Meeting Time
  5. Contact information: phone, email, website
  6. Brief Description (150 words or less)
  7. Photos (Horizontal, minimum of two, maximum 5*)
    • We like to see a selection of photos; our publisher will pick the best out of what you send.
    • Be sure to send a photo of the business’ building and/or sign.
    • Photo of product, service, signature dish, signature drink, activity, live music, etc.
  8. Don’t forget to include 3 testimonials or good reviews.
