Upscale Combined With Southern Comfort.
This is a perfect scenario whether you live in the Trilogy Community where the Foundry is front and center on the property among the rolling hills of luxurious landscaping or if you’re rolling in from golf or all spruced up to celebrate your anniversary. The Foundry is perfect for either one and contrary to popular belief you do not have to be a member to dine here. I generally make a reservation on open table to secure my spot for my dining experience. If you’re on the fly and driving by on Hwy 73, or just live here and want to go collect your mail and try a “Lake Norman Cosmo” and catch the sports scores on tv at the generous sized bar you’ll be catered too by the most amazing staff either way. There is a first come first served policy for the bar seating.
The Culinary Choices are divine and comforting
Seems too good to be true, but it is quite a nice selection if you’re hankering for a hamburger or one of my favorites Fish and Chips, or you want something hearty like Pot Roast or more on the light and savory side like another one of my favorites, the Wood-Grilled Salmon. The menu changes often and they offer weekly specials which can be found on their website.
Of course, they offer a spectacular wine selection for pairing
But don’t fret if you’re not a wine connoisseur you won’t be disappointed with the beer or specialty cocktails they offer. They can make most of your liquid dreams come true which is a plus. On occasion when I’m feeling crisp and fruity, I ask them to make an old favorite, Grey Goose Pear Martini (not on the menu any longer but it’s a repeat offender request of mine I joke). I’m so spoiled and it’s so good they make it if they have the ingredients. It’s my place to come for my “Happy Fix”! I love the great food, drinks and smiling staff and enjoy the warmth but stylish vibe of this gorgeous place! Plus, they have a swanky fireplace!
