LKNConnect’s Director of Non-Profits Margi Kyle interviews key personnel about how Bags of Hope is helping children in Lake Norman.

It was my pleasure to interview both Ashley Nydish, the Founder and President of Bags of Hope and Nicole Fiehler, the Program Coordinator.

Most people who live in the Lake Norman Area, are not aware of all the people who are struggling financially. We assume we all are living in beautiful homes on the lake.

For many families, it is a constant struggle to get food on the table and a roof over their heads. Bags of Hope provides families with good nutrition and snacks while their kids are not in school.

I know you will find this information very inspiring, and we hope you will donate to their mission and purpose! No child should go hungry in the Lake Norman Area.
