Taking time to reconnect with Dr. Mary John Dye. There is no better place than Birkdale Village and Red Rocks. The Service was excellent with CJ as our waiter.
I have always enjoyed their salads and soups. My favorite salad is their wedge! We were not disappointed, once again.
Woody has played the organ for Mt. Zion for many — many years (50) I believe and that was another reason we went to Red Rocks. Mary John wanted to enjoy his famous desert as much as I did. Neither one of us was sorry.
