Turkey Berry Salad


Need a quick healthy lunch idea? This summer salad is delicious and it’s so easy to
make! The combination of baby spinach, goat cheese, strawberries, blueberries and balsamic
dressing topped with lean turkey hits the spot! Check out the video below on how quick and

Directions


Simply combine:
Baby spinach
Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Drizzle of 25 Star balsamic vinegar
(Chop to blend well)
1 tbsp goat cheese crumbles
3-5oz low-sodium turkey
Sliced strawberries
Blueberries
Roasted pumpkin seeds
Roasted sunflower kernels
