Cathy was our Lawyer from day one of opening her Business and Al was on our Little Smiles Board for many years. It seem like a great idea to go out for dinner and catch up. We were first greeted by Tyler Patterson who is the Bar Manager.
I asked Tyler about their Private FirebirdS Label Cabernet Sauvignon, she brought me a little to taste and it was outstanding. She Showed Al their Summer Cocktail “The Billionaire” which looked very different.
I have been craving a loaded baked potato for weeks- the perfect solution for me.
Cathy ordered the bruschetta chicken pasta and it looked delicious.
As for Al, the grilled tenderloin salad was the answer. Not a lot of talking during dinner. All delicious and no complaints!
Well, the menu reappeared for what they call TEMPTATIONS! We all made our decision on the Big Daddy Chocolate Cake and one of the Chefs, Jonathan Ellis, invited me back to see it and watch him add the finishing touches. I must admit, he had to bring out another piece because we all attacked it. Worth every calorie.
As we were leaving I saw this sign. Not only was it a great evening with delicious food, but they are busy raising money for kids with Cancer. Every time a patron orders a lemon dessert, FirebirdS donates $1.25 toward Alex’s Lemonade Foundation. Please go for lunch or dinner – order a lemon dessert and support this great cause. Our kids need us!
