SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

The specific visibility benefits associated with this sponsorship will be determined by the selected sponsorship package and may include:

• Sponsor recognition within the designated LKNConnect content, program, column, newsletter, guide, or video series.
• Sponsor name and/or logo placement in approved locations.
• Sponsor recognition associated with designated LKNConnect programming.
• Inclusion in applicable promotional materials.
• Additional visibility opportunities specifically identified in the approved sponsorship package.

Final placement, presentation, scheduling, and editorial integration remain subject to LKNConnect production standards and publishing schedules.

SPONSOR MATERIALS

The Sponsor agrees to provide LKNConnect with the materials reasonably necessary to fulfill the sponsorship, including approved logos, business information, website information, photographs, video, or other appropriate marketing assets.

All materials remain subject to LKNConnect production and editorial standards.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sponsorship services begin after this agreement has been accepted and payment arrangements have been established.

SPONSORSHIP FULFILLMENT

Upon acceptance:

1. The LKNConnect Strategist remains the primary client contact.
2. The agreement is submitted through the LKNConnect onboarding process.
3. The Chief Operating Officer coordinates internal assignments and fulfillment.
4. Appropriate LKNConnect TEAM members receive the materials and information necessary to activate the sponsorship.
5. The Strategist communicates progress, questions, and updates between the Sponsor and the LKNConnect TEAM.

GENERAL UNDERSTANDING

This agreement identifies the sponsorship relationship between the Sponsor and Power Communities, LLC / LKNConnect.com.

Sponsorship does not provide the Sponsor with editorial control over LKNConnect content. LKNConnect retains responsibility for editorial decisions, production standards, scheduling, placement, and presentation.

Any services or benefits outside the sponsorship identified above must be mutually agreed upon.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the sponsorship arrangement described in this agreement.
