Elegant atmosphere, delicious food, and great service!
We wanted a “just the girls” evening — LKNConnect’s Designing Doctor Margi Kyle, Martini Queen Debbie Amyotte and myself, Ellen Stafford, Managing Editor. None of us have big appetites so we decided to celebrate with drinks, appetizers, and of course, dessert!
Drinks
Debbie chose champagne for a sparkly change from martinis and Margi and I chose red wine from their tremendous selection.. Our server’s name was Bobbie and she was a gem! Friendly, knowledgeable and the best smile ever!
Appetizers
My favorite things to eat are small plates. We each ordered 2 appetizers and there was plenty to taste and share. French onion soup (both Debbie and I had to try it), the Wedgie salad, Blackened beef medallions, Thai peanut calamari, and Lump crab cake were our choices.
You cannot miss dessert!
We shared Mom’s cheesecake (lemony creamy deliciousness sprinkled with cinnamon on top) and the expresso chocolate cake (serious amounts of chocolaty, creamy heaven).
What a great evening of fun, food & friendship!
