Dan shares how the event grew from a fundraiser bringing in roughly $40,000–$50,000 a year to one with a $250,000 fundraising goal this year. He explains the work Rotary members and local sponsors put into the dinner, wine tastings, and live and silent auctions—and introduces several organizations the event helps support, including Hope House, Little Smiles, Cook Community Clinic, Caterpillar Ministries, and Cornelius Early Scholars.

The conversation also covers how to attend the October 17 Wine Spectacular at NorthStone Country Club and how to get involved with the Lake Norman Huntersville Rotary Club.
