Developer Jake Palillo

The successful real estate developer more or less defined the active adult market in Lake Norman with Bailey’s Glen in Cornelius. Palillo has projects across the Lake Norman area, including plans for a mixed-use development with commercial space and 252 apartment units on West Catawba Avenue and one on Stumptown Road in Huntersville opposite St. Mark Catholic Church.

  • Jake said, “The project will have 320 units, indoor and outdoor restaurants, gardens, a sports pub, and a cocktail lounge, as well as a spa, salon, and barbershop. Targeting seniors seeking independent living retirement options, Symphony Park will incorporate a five-star resort lifestyle with independent living on 36 acres on Hwy. 73 east of Hwy. 115”.

The Grand opening was on June 22, 2024, at 4:00 pm.

Hawaiian dances and greaters!

As you entered the main entrance, you were greeted by Hawaiians handing out Hawaiian lei’s.

And a gentleman with his guitar singing Hawaiian songs. The start of a great celebration for all to enjoy.

The ribbon cutting was at 4:00, thanks to the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce and Bill Russell.

After the Ribbon Cutting, we all went to the First Floor Berylline Bistro & Anna’s Kitchen.

As you can see by the Grand Opening invitation card, we
all were given as we entered the first of many restaurants. There was a lot to
do and delicious food and drinks to enjoy. At 5:00 we were entertained by the
Hula Dancers on the grass
