Delicious Meals, Great Service, Location is Perfect, Valet Parking

Location: 8630-1A Lindholm Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.

Enjoying a delicious dinner with Ellen Stafford as we have done so many times over the years.

Dressler’s Restaurant at Birkdale Village is where it all started for Rare Roots Hospitality Group. Chasing a lifelong dream, Kim and Jon Dressler opened the doors in September 2003, quickly building a following and forming lifelong friendships with guests. For the past 16 years, Dressler’s has served as the Lake Norman area’s destination for distinguished food and drink, welcoming service, and festive events.

I have known Jennifer Pascoe for about 23 years and it was wonderful for her to be able to take time off work and join us for dinner. Annalisa Strom joined us for conversation in-between serving her customers.

We selected to eat inside in the regular dining room. They also have a private dining room and outside dining. Many options depending on the weather and your comfort level.

Drinks were ordered and being enjoyed while we pondered over the menu. Both gal 1 and gal 2 waited on us.

We all ordered something different and shared a taste of our meal with each other. A great way to enjoy more of the menu for your next visit. I must say I almost always order their Calamari and Wedge salad. It is the best I have ever had.

Great service with a smile! On the right is Annalisa Strom and on the left is Calyn Whitney.
I ordered the Hearts of Ribeye which was delicious!

Ellen ordered the Smoked Salmon and also enjoyed her meal.

Another Delicious Dish
Jennifer ordered the Halibut, and it was delicious and very creatively presented!

Once we were all well fed- it was time for Dessert! I normally do not eat Dessert- BUT at Dressler’s I do. Go to and find my video I did with Jon Dressler’s Mother– Joan Dressler. She has her award- winning Cheesecake their and it is delicious. But this night I decided to try there carrot cake. It was delicious and Joan– you have another winner! It is time for another video.

Joan Dressler’s Carrot Cake is Delicious as well.
