I’m a passionate and playful entrepreneur, driven by impact and adventure. As a Success Coach & Business Strategist, I help new entrepreneurs achieve real results in 90 days by leveraging the mental skills of top athletes. I focus on cultivating a winning mindset, strategizing game plans, and building expert communities.
I’m eager to connect with new entrepreneurs and small business owners ready to pivot. I also love collaborating with local small business owners and host monthly workshops for like-minded entrepreneurs.
Andrea Ervay is the Founder of TEAM Success, LLC and TEAM Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting girls in sports through scholarships. With over 18 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring student-athletes, Andrea integrates the elite athlete’s mindset, leadership exercises, and real-life lessons into her programs.
In high school and college, Andrea was an avid lacrosse player, which ignited her passion for teaching and entrepreneurship. She started substitute teaching at 19 and quickly found her calling. After working with multiple startups, she launched her second business at 25 while coaching in San Diego. As the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at the University of California, San Diego, Andrea was named Coach of the Year in 2014, leading her team to a championship victory.
In 2016, Andrea co-founded TEAM Lacrosse Academy, later expanding it to Charlotte, NC. She has coached high school varsity teams and currently coaches at Lake Norman Charter. Her nonprofit provides scholarships for girls facing financial hardships, enabling them to participate in sports.
Andrea is passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Through her coaching programs, masterminds, and connections, she empowers clients to overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and create a life of success.
