Debbey Woodruff helps others live in harmony with their bodies, minds, and emotions because she’s been on that journey herself. Once feeling stretched thin and emotionally drained, Debbey turned to yoga therapy, mindfulness, and a consistent yoga practice—transforming chronic tension and stress into relief and clarity. She found peace amid chaos and joy in daily life, ultimately experiencing less emotional pain and more inner calm. This deep change motivated her to explore the science behind these practices and become a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, mindfulness practitioner, and yoga therapy leader. She is completing advanced certification as an 800-hour IAYT-trained yoga therapist.

Debbey now guides others with compassion through Whole-body Optimized WellBEing©—offering a safe space for healing, growth, and self-connection. Outside her work, she enjoys family, hiking, gardening, and volunteering, and believes that everyone deserves lasting wellness. Debbey’s message: You’re not alone, and it is possible to feel better!
