Beyond the Surface w/ Marissa Allegretto – Halloween Tip
- Beyond the Surface

Halloween night can be busy — kids in costumes, trick-or-treaters at the door, and the neighborhood buzzing with excitement! That’s why I love making my Turkey Chili every year. It’s hearty, flavorful, and filled with wholesome ingredients that keep you full and satisfied.
The best part? You can make it in advance so it’s ready when you are — just simmer, store, and reheat. It’s the perfect grab-and-go dinner before heading out, or an easy meal to serve friends around the firepit after the festivities.
✅ Lean ground turkey for protein
✅ Fiber-rich veggies
✅ Warm spices for that cozy fall flavor
✅ Easy to double for a crowd
Serve it with a sprinkle of cheese, avocado slices, a dollop of sour cream, and you’ve got a delicious, nourishing meal that makes Halloween night feel both fun and effortless.
