Fin & Fino in Birkdale Village

Looking for an outstanding dinner, great experience, and top-notch service?

It is all under one roof at Fin & Fino, formally known as Dresslers in Birkdale.

When you are really missing Dressler’s in Birkdale Village, Fin & Fino comes to town and steals the show. Kim and Jon Dressler opened Fin and Fino for dinner on Wednesday, February 28. They had a preopening on February 26 and 27 for a group of friends and previous customers. What a treat and experience that was. Dinner was on Kim and Jon, and we only paid for drinks and a tip.

I took my son, Alex Billesdon, and his bride, Marlene Billesdon, and we enjoyed the whole experience. Our dear friend Jennifer Pascoe served us, and what a treat it was. This is an experience you do not want to miss.

Our first biggest decision was, “What are we going to drink”?

Brittany Kellum is their talented beverage director. She loves to create new and different experiences with her award-winning cocktails. Brittany Kellum Awards unpretentious Palate/Bartender of the year, also known as “BK.” If wine is your favorite, the list is extensive and delicious.

After studying the extensive cocktail and wine list, we made our selections. Marlene and Alex were far more creative than I was. Marlene had the Bug A Boo, which is Roku gin, cucumber vodka, Lillet blanc, elderflower, and lemon. She was very quiet all of a sudden and enjoyed all the different flavors coming together after a long day.

I was boring and ordered Tito vodka with a splash of soda water and lemon. As for Alex, he ordered The Daylight Stinger, Appleton estate rum, Luxando bitter bianco, amontillado, sherry, house dry curacao, and pineapple aleo. He said it was totally delicious. What a way to start our dinner.

The Dinner menu is very welcoming, and Jennifer made it very easy for us!

We told her we wanted to try a wide variety of dishes. We did The Treatment. It’s $70 per person, $5 of which goes to a local charity. Right now, it’s Angels and Sparrows, but that will soon be rotating. That way, we all could try lots of different dishes. Between 4 and 5 different dishes came to each of us, and we all had plenty to share.

We turned the menu over to Jennifer and their kitchen. In their hands, they will take you on a tour of our offerings, both on and off the menu. Fun, social, and delicious, The Treatment is our most popular option here at The Social Seafood House. The more people at the table opt into It, the more fun it is!

The first dish that came out was the Steamed Seafood Salad- DELICIOUS!

The second dish we got was a delicious crab meat salad on bread!

It’s delicious as well.

Out of this world, Scallops-Shrimp and Steak tips! Tell your server what you like, and the dishes keep coming out

Guaranteed to be fresh and delicious.

Presentation is everything, and they hit the nail on the head with this oyster dish!

They have four different types of raw oysters and 2 of the cooked oysters.
No dinner is finished without Jon’s Mom’s famous cheesecake—a beautiful way to end the evening.

Such a gracious and giving staff waiting to serve you- with a smile.

Owners: Kim & Jon Dressler, you again hit a home run!
