  2. Sleep Posture Matters
    Dr. Charlie advises against sleeping on your stomach, as it puts unnecessary strain on the neck and spine. Instead, sleep on your back or side with proper support. If you’re a side sleeper, use a pillow between your knees to align your hips and reduce pressure on your spine. A firm mattress is also key for providing the support your body needs.
  3. Mind Your Ergonomics
    When working at a desk or using a computer, make sure your workspace is ergonomically friendly. Your monitor should be arm’s length away from you; the top of the monitor at the height of the top of your head. Your feet should be flat on the floor with your elbows at a 90-degree angle for typing. 

As for holding your mobile device? Ideally, the screen is at eye height so your neck is neutral (i.e., not looking down).

These small adjustments can reduce stress on your spine and help maintain proper posture.
