Margi, a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design, has built a distinguished 40-year career as a designer, educator, and media personality. After surviving three major car accidents and being told she’d never walk again, she defied the odds, pursuing diverse passions including Early Childhood Psychology, daycare, and catering before returning to interior design.
She grew her design business into Toronto’s largest and served as Executive Director of We Make Color Easy and past Vice President of WCAA. Margi hosted TV shows like The Designing Doctor and now hosts LKNConnect’s People in the Know & and Sunday Recipes, while co-hosting WSIC’s CommUnity Centered program.
Driven by compassion, she founded Little Smiles in North Carolina, a nonprofit bringing joy to children in hospitals, shelters, and hospice care. Margi’s blend of creativity, leadership, and heart continues to inspire and uplift her community.
Margi Kyle has built an astounding portfolio from the ever-important ‘Designer’s perspective’. Never idle, this Professional Interior Designer has contributed to this industry as an Interior Designer, Television Host, Mentor, Keynote Speaker, Educator, and Writer. Little Smiles is A non-profit organization that will do what it takes for every child staying in the hospital, shelter, or hospice to put a smile on their face. We make it happen, from Pizza to toys, laptops, and Birthday Parties. We are local, hands-on, and immediate.
