Date and time

Thursday, August 19, 2020 from 12 pm to 6:30 pm.

The door is open. Stop by and give blood on Thursday 8/19/2021

Who can give blood?

OneBlood welcomes donations from donors 16 years old and older. (Note: 16-year-old donors must present a signed permission form from their parent or guardian before the donation.)

Don’t guess about the restrictions for giving blood—OneBlood requests that you do not self-defer. Check here for additional information about medications, high blood pressure, diabetes and other potential issues. Contact OneBlood for more specific information. Or simply show up on Thursday, you may be surprised, an issue that prevented you from giving blood in the past, may not be an issue today. However, there is little to no waiting when you schedule your appointment.

Schedule an Appointment

There will be two buses at Harris Teeter Antiquity Cornelius: one for giving Whole Blood and one for giving Double Red Cells.

Click here to schedule your Whole Blood appointment — there are still appointments available!

Click here to schedule your Double Red Cells appointment — be sure to click on the Double Red Cells Tab!

OneBlood offers great gifts to our blood donors

All donors will receive a OneBlood Beach Towel AND a $20 eGift Card (depending upon availability, you get to choose from many great retailers).

Wellness checkup included

All donors also receive a wellness checkup including blood pressure, temperature, iron count, pulse, and cholesterol screening.

The need for blood never stops

OneBlood delivers blood to hospitals in our area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
