DanielSan is Paolo and Domino’s first restaurant. Paolo graduated Cum Laude at Johnson & Wales University, a prestigious and well know culinary school in Charlotte, and has been in the restaurant business for more than 20 years with a brief stint as a combat medic deployed in Iraq in his 20’s. He is not just a businessman but a practicing Head Chef as well. Domino has more than 10 years of experience in the food industry and was a Human Resource Officer of the largest international food company in the Philippines. She has background in business management and is very much involved in the management and financial aspects of the business. Both owners have significant management and restaurant experience.
