I have always baked, but it wasn’t until a friend gave me the extra push that I started selling my baked goods. I opened up in January of 2019 and it has been a fun and busy ride. I started with Italian bread, sandwich bread, chocolate chip cookies and brownies. My first real niche is sugar cookies. I was not even aware of how much I loved it until I received a random order in April of 2019. Turning down an order or a challenge is not something that I would do, so I took the order and learned along the way. I have built on my skills from then and now I am leaps above where I was and very happy with my skill set.
