Bonjour! In today’s class, we’ll make pâte à choux dough to create delicious French pastries – light & fluffy crème puffs (chouquettes) with freshly whipped crème chantilly (vanilla whipped cream) and eclairs filled with banana pudding. We’ll finish it all off with a fancy whipped (decaffeinated) coffee! Ooh la, la! This class is for tween/teen chefs ages 9-teens.
