Margi brought a bold twist to her holiday festivities by serving her signature Bloody Mary Chili, instantly becoming the talk of the season as friends and family gathered around for second helpings and swapped stories over steaming bowls. The zesty blend of classic chili ingredients and the spicy kick of Bloody Mary flavors added just the right amount of heat and excitement to her gatherings, turning a simple meal into a memorable tradition that everyone looked forward to each year. This unique dish not only warmed her guests but also sparked lively conversation, laughter, and that extra bit of holiday magic that brought everyone closer together.
Made leaner and spicier by Margi Kyle. Everyone loves this chili! A crowd pleaser for sure…
Just a few staples in my kitchen that I couldn’t live without.

Don’t have any fresh jinger, garlic and basil. Keep these in your freezer and add to everything that call for them.
These few items make all the difference in my updated recipes. Try them and see for yourself. Let me know your thoughts. We always have new products being created to make our cooking and dining experience more enjoyable and easier.

Serves 6-8
Olive oil, for sautéing
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1 onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of black garlic powder from Savory Spice Shop
3 pounds ground beef and ground turkey – I use half and half.
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground oregano
15 ounces spicy Bloody Mary mix, plus more if needed
¼ cup vodka, optional- I sometimes put in wine instead of the vodka
1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
Several dashes Tabasco, or to taste
Several dashes Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
One 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
One 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
Serve and enjoy. Great as a dinner by itself or with a salad. Great for the Holidays. Make a day ahead — it’s easily re-heated. It also freezes well.
