Blueberry Casserole

Sandi is our oldest daughter. She lives in Lynchburg, Va with her husband Frank and their puppy – Percy. Sandi’s background is in business sales & marketing and Frank is retired from corporate administration and training.

Ingredients

(6) croissants

(10) Egges

1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup

One small container of Chobani blueberry yogurt

One Plastic Bag

2 TBS of Flour

One Container of Washed Blueberries

Directions

  1. Cut six (6) croissants into small squares and place into greased baking dish
  2. Mix ten (10) eggs, 1/3 cup maple syrup and one (1) small container of Chobani Blueberry Yogurt
  3. Pour mixture over croissants
  4. In a plastic bag, shake two (2) tablespoons of flour with a container of washed blueberries
  5. Pour floured blueberries evenly over casserole contents.
  6. Place casserole in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  7. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  8. Place casserole in oven for about 45 minutes
  9. Check to make sure contents are cooked.
